Whole genome sequencing of low and high MIC isolates of Mycoplasma bovis.

Whole genome sequencing of two clinical isolates of Mycoplasma bovis was done in an effort to identify potential sites of antimicrobial resistance-associated mutation: , one recent (2019) isolate with a high MIC to most antimicrobials and the other a low-MIC historical isolate (1982). Sequences were aligned against the genome for M. bovis PG45 (Accession: NC_014760.1).
