资源简介:

This dataset contains the raw experimental data of process optimization for catechol-assisted precipitation to remove silicon impurities from lanthanum chloride feed solution. The data support the findings presented in the manuscript "Separation of Silicon Impurities from Lanthanum Chloride Feed Solution via Complexation-Assisted Precipitation" (Manuscript ID: SUME-D-26-00518), submitted to the Journal of Sustainable Metallurgy. The dataset includes: (1) Single-factor optimization experimental data of catechol dosage, NH4HCO3 dosage, solution pH, and reaction time; (2) Parallel validation experimental data under the optimal process conditions; (3) Raw ICP-OES measurement results of residual lanthanum and silicon concentrations in supernatant, as well as the calculated precipitation rates. All precipitation experiments were conducted using simulated lanthanum chloride solution. The elemental concentrations were determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES).
