This project aimed to compare the difference between the gut microbial community among ASD patients and healthy children. This study involves 12 ASD patients and 11 non-ASD patients. Stool samples were collected from the study samples, and the 16s rRNA gene was isolated. Iullimna sequence was then conducted to sequence the 16s rRNA gene.
