资源简介:
This thesis explores the role of amino acid-derived metabolites in steatotic liver diseases, with a focus on Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD) and its progression to Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC). The research is organized into four chapters (3 to 6). The first two chapters investigate the influence of valine and alpha-aminobutyric acid (ABA) on the progression of MASLD, each examined in separate studies using a high-fat, high-cholesterol diet-induced mouse model. The final two chapters examine the effects of these metabolites on the progression of MASLD-associated HCC, also through distinct studies. The dataset supporting this research is categorized into four folders:Folder 1: Data from the MASLD studies involving both ABA and valine.Folder 2: Data from the mouse MASLD-HCC studies involving both ABA and valine.Folder 3: Data from cellular studies related to the MASLD-HCC investigations of ABA and valine.Folder 4: Western blot data from both mouse and cell studies in the MASLD-HCC research, covering investigations of ABA and valine.
