Traditional Chinese Medicine Metagenome

Here we have designed a method, M-TCM, to biologically assess the quality of both prescribed and contaminated species from TCM preparations based on High-Throughput Sequencing (abbreviated as HTS) and metagenomic analysis. We have tested this method on Liuwei Dihuang Wan (abbreviated as LDW), a TCM with a very long history and clear component background.
