Data on type and severity of physical abuse reported by participant, number of occurrences, any additional situations she considered to be physical abuse, and details of any counseling she received as a result
Study Description
A qualitative study that explored the interrelationships between 1) abuse and sexual risk behavior, and 2) abuse, sexual risk behavior, and substance use in 18 to 24 year-old females with behaviorally-acquired HIV infection. An open-ended in-depth interview, occurring over one to two sessions, was conducted with each participant.
