3D time lapse of H2B-tagged mitotic chromosomes. Contains raw data (*_raw.tif) and the corresponding segmentation masks (*_masks.tif) for each time point, imaged every 8 seconds.
The cells come from 3 different cell lines: hTERT-RPE-1 (cells 1, 5-12), U2OS (cell 3), and Hela-Kyoto (cells 2 and 4).
H2B was tagged with: mCherry (cells 2-5, 11, 12) and tdox5StayGold (cells 6-10).
