Gene database of Mus musculus

The laboratory mouse (Mus musculus) is a
commonly used model organism for human diseases. This work provides some
foundational information about the genetic repertoire of M. musculus by
parsing its annotated genome sequence via an in-house MATLAB genome analysis
software. Comprising gene name, gene function, and gene sequence of all genes
in the genome of the model organism, this database should find use in a variety
of workflows for understanding genetic underpinnings of particular phenotypes
in mouse.
