资源简介:
This dataset contains processed transcriptomic data of hepatopancreas tissues from Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) under different dietary treatments during the fattening stage. The study aimed to evaluate the effects of a host-derived Bacillus subtilis G190 fermented soybean meal diet on growth performance, flavor quality, gut microbiota, and hepatic gene expression. A total of 22 samples were collected from four dietary groups: unfermented soybean meal (D), G190-fermented soybean meal (F), a 1:1 mixture of fermented and unfermented soybean meal (M), and frozen trash fish (S). Both male and female crabs were included. RNA-seq was performed on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform, and clean reads were mapped to the E. sinensis reference genome (available at http://www.genedatabase.cn/esi_genome.html). Gene expression levels were quantified as read counts and FPKM values. The dataset includes: Gene expression matrices (raw counts and FPKM) for all samplesDifferentially expressed gene (DEG) lists for pairwise comparisons between groupsFunctional enrichment results (GO and KEGG pathways)Sample metadata and grouping informationThese data support the analyses presented in the associated manuscript, including identification of diet-responsive genes, pathway enrichment, and integration with gut microbiota and flavor compound profiles. Note: This dataset contains processed transcriptomic data only. The raw sequencing data (FASTQ files) are not included due to circumstances beyond the authors' control.
