Bioinformatic Outputs and Genome Annotation Dataset for Serratia marcescens Strain INTA SS310-13

This dataset contains supporting bioinformatic outputs and genome annotation files derived from the genome assembly of Serratia marcescens strain INTA SS310-13. The genome assembly is publicly available through GenBank under the corresponding Whole Genome Shotgun (WGS) project accession. The dataset provides files generated during genome characterization, including RASTtk genome annotation outputs and results from bioinformatic analyses used for taxonomic assignment, species delineation, phylogenetic comparison with type strains, and prediction of secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters. In addition, the dataset includes the comparative genomics report generated by the pubMLST database and antiSMASH outputs obtained during genome analysis. The interpretation and contextualization of these analyses are described in the associated genome report deposited in Zenodo. This dataset serves as a companion resource to the associated genome report and facilitates the reproducibility and reuse of the genomic analyses presented therein.
