Purpose: To identify genes that are differentially expressed in oligodendrocytes between control and rraga mutant zebrafish, we performed RNA seq using the Illumina platform Oligodendrocytes were isolated from control and rraga mutant zebrafish at 5 days post fertilization using FACS sorting of Cldnk:GFP positive cells. RNA was extracted from these cells and sequenced using standard Illumina protocol.
