Raw sequencing reads for the chloroplast genome assembly of Schwenckia americana

This dataset contains raw Illumina short-read sequences generated from total genomic DNA of Schwenckia americana. The primary goal of this sequencing effort is to assemble the complete chloroplast genome (plastome) of this species. These publicly available reads will facilitate the assembly process, support studies in plant phylogenetics within the Solanaceae family, and aid in the development of genetic markers.
