Forty participants filled out the Test Anxiety Scale and Attentional Control Scale respectively through mobile phones, and then completed flanker and Go/Nogo tasks on the computer. IBM SPSS Statistics, Version 25.0 was adopted to analyze the data.The data content is divided into pre-test, training stage and post-test, and the involved time includes 2 weeks.In the table, group is divided into "1" and "2". "1" represents the training group, and the corresponding participant number starts with "1". "2" represents the control group, and the corresponding participant number begins with "2". The column labels represent the results of each participant under the corresponding results, and the row labels represent the results of the questionnaire and behavioral experiment measured by each participant.The table presents behavioral data of flanker and Go/Nogo tasks successively. Then the questionnaire data and the original questionnaire were presented. Where "ACC" represents the correct rate, "RT" represents the reactime. We used "inc-congruent" represents interference scores (subtracting the accuracy and response times [RTs] in congruent trials from the accuracy and RTs in incongruent trials) to measure outcomes of the flanker task. The "training effect" is the result of the post-test minus the result of the pre-test.The unit of measurement used in the data set is ms (RT).There is no missing data in the dataset
