Trendwelle Waldbaden im Anthropozän aus integrativer und ökophiler Perspektive The new trend called forest bathing in the anthopocene seen from integrative and eco-friendly perspectives

Diese Graduierungsarbeit betrachtet, unter Berücksichtigung der ökologischen Herausforderungen der Gegenwart, die Wurzeln des Waldbadens sowie Entstehung, Verbreitung und Praxis des Waldbadens in Deutschland. Des Weiteren wird, aus der Perspektive des integrativen Verfahrens, der Frage nachgegangen inwieweit der Trend des Waldbadens dazu beitragen kann, eine Grundhaltung zu kultivieren, welche auf einer „Liebe zum Lebendigen“ basiert und in einem sorgsamen und nachhaltigen Umgang mit der Natur mündet. This paper looks at the roots of the forest bathing as at the origin, spread and practice of the forest bathing in Germany, taking into account the ecological challenges of the present day.
