Recombinant Genomes of Arabidopsis thaliana

We sequenced the genomes of 10 F2 and 5 independent F3 plants derived from a cross of the reference accession Col-0 and the divergent accession Ler. In addition, we sequenced the genomes of another 2 F2 and 13 F3 mutant plants derived from a cross of hyper-recombinant mutants of Col-0 and Ler with lesions in req4a, recq4b, and figl1.Later, we applied our method RTIGER to segment the genome of each individual in heterozygous, and homozygous regions.
