Conditional Dmrt1 knockout gene expression (phase 7)

Genome wide analysis of DNA binding and transcriptional regulation by the mammalian Doublesex homolog DMRT1 in the juvenile testis. Gene expression differences found in conditionally targeted P9 testes were compared to those of controls针对幼年睾丸中哺乳动物双性基因（Doublesex）同源基因DMRT1所介导的DNA结合与转录调控开展全基因组分析。将经条件性靶向处理的P9幼年睾丸中检测到的基因表达差异，与对照组的基因表达差异进行对比分析。
