Code and Data Repository for "Effects of forest certification on Portuguese bat assemblages"

This repository contains the code and metadata supporting the study “Effects of forest certification on Portuguese bat assemblages”, which investigates how forest certification influences bat community composition, activity, and diversity in Portuguese forest landscapes. Due to file size constraints, both raw and processed acoustic data derived from passive AudioMoth monitoring are not publicly available, but can be accessed upon reasonable request to the authors. The repository includes environmental and forest management variables, as well as all scripts required to reproduce the statistical analyses and figures presented in the paper, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.
