This data incorporates Chip-Seq that documents in vivo binding to genomic DNA in vivo for two related transcription factors that perform redundant functions. We compare the common and unique sites between these factors. We also performed experiments to look at gene expression in response to AGL18 - some may indicate expression and others repression of target genes
