Municipal Urban Development Plan of Caldes de Montbui - December 2008

The Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) of Caldes de Montbui is the cartographic instrument of urban planning of the municipality that directs the development of the municipal territory. The set of geographical information of the POUM of Caldes de Montbui consists of two blocks of multiple cartographic archives each: Information plans and Management plans; all of them in PDF format. The planning areas of the municipality defined by the POUM plans are the zoning of urban and urbanizable land, the regulation of the building and the zoning of non-urbanizable land.
