N = 27, Scanned on two seperate days - the CGRP day and the Placebo day respectivly. On Each day the following scans were performed: - T1 weighted 3D anatomy - BOLD 1 (baseline: before CGRP / placebo infusion) - BOLD 2 (during CGRP / placebo infusion) - BOLD 3 (After sumatriptan injection). For stimulation a block design with noxious heat stimulation with a thermode was used. Subject number, MRI scan type (T1 weighted 3D anatomy or BOLD fMRI), Scan number and scan day can be read from the file names. For further details please see the original publication.
