Input files to support the paper: "Patterns of DNA methylation changes in elite Eucalyptus clones across contrasting environments." The code to reproduce the results presented in the paper can be find at GitHub: https://github.com/wendelljpereira/techs_ms_dart_seq Besides the deposited data, it is necessary the download of the E. grandis genome and genome annotation v.2.0 ( (Egrandis_297_v2.0.softmasked.fa; Egrandis_297_v2.0.gene_exons.gff3) from Phytozome (https://phytozome.jgi.doe.gov/pz/portal.html) to reproduce all results.
