资源简介:
In this study, we used intact mesocosms to investigate the biogeochemical and microbial impacts of increased salinity and increased temperature both in isolation and in tandem under pulse and press disturbances in a tidal freshwater wetland. We were able to simulate short droughts (pulse) and prolonged sea level rise (press) disturbances in order to better understand the shift in nitrogen cycling (specifically denitrification, nitrous oxide production, and nitrogen fixation) and the overall (16S rRNA gene) and active (16S rRNA) microbial community structure.
