Demo Cutout Dataset of Multimodal Tissue Profiling (PhenoCycler, H&E, and Cell Segmentation)

This demo dataset contains a cropped 1 cm² region of multimodal tissue imaging data, including PhenoCycler (multiplexed immunofluorescence, 39 channels), H&E staining, and Xenium-aligned cell segmentation masks. The dataset is designed for testing and demonstrating spatial data visualization tools such as Vitessce. Image resolutions are as follows: H&E at 0.25 µm/pixel, PhenoCycler mIF at 0.5 µm/pixel, and cell masks at 0.21 µm/pixel. The dataset includes OME-TIFF image files and corresponding transformation matrices for multimodal registration.
