Soil microbial communities in grassland play a vital role in biogeochemical cycling, but may be affected by common land uses such as cattle grazing. Consequently, it is important to understand whether the different cattle grazing-management systems alter the diversity and complexity of microbial communities. We investigated the effect of intensive adaptive multi-paddock (AMP) grazing and conventional (Non-AMP) grazing on microbial communities using 16S/ITS amplicon sequencing.
