Airborne bacterial communities in the poultry farm and their relevance with environmental factors and antibiotic resistance genes

The airborne bacterial communities in the poultry farm were characterized using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The objectives were to track the diversity and distribution characteristics of airborne bacteria both inside and outside of the poultry house, and to explore their relevance with environmental factors and airborne ARGs.
