These are TRB sequences, obtained from Adaptive Biotechnology v4b Immunoseq assay, for PBMC and skin biopsy (rash site and uninvolved contralateral site) samples over a time-course (day 45, day 90, day 360) following the onset of herpes zoster in one human subject. Additionally, HLA-A*02:01- tetramer-sorted repertoires were obtained representing varicella-zoster virus specific CD8 T cell clonotypes.
