Modular transcriptional repertoire analyses identify neutrophil signature as candidate biomarker for lupus nephritis

Gene expression profiling (compared to healthy controls) to identify a biomarker for lupus nephritis 157 “SLE”, 20 “Healthy controls of SLE, 25 Control of Kidney Disease, 21 Healthy control of sepsis, and kidney disease, and 15 ICU Controls, were followed up for up to 3 years. Clinical assessment, current treatment, laboratory results and SLEDAI score were collected at each visit (V1, V2...). SLE patients are compared to control groups.
