This dataset comprises de-identified clinical data generated during the admission and treatment of children with Kawasaki disease at the Second Affiliated Hospital & Yuying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. The data includes basic patient information, vital signs, laboratory test results, disease diagnoses, medication records and other clinical details. It can be applied to clinical retrospective studies, medical quality evaluation, disease spectrum analysis, construction of prognosis prediction models and optimization of precision treatment strategies.

This database was developed based on data from the hospital's core business systems including electronic medical record systems, laboratory information systems and imaging systems. It is equipped with functions for integrating, cleaning and standardizing multi-source heterogeneous clinical data. It can support departmental clinical research and evidence-based decision-making, help improve the diagnostic and therapeutic level and treatment success rate of Kawasaki disease, and serve regional medical development and cooperation related to Kawasaki disease.
