Vitis riparia Genome sequencing and assembly. Vitis riparia

Vitis riparia, with common names riverbank grape or frost grape, is a vine indigenous to North America. It has been used extensively in commercial viticulture as grafted rootstock and in hybrid grape breeding programs. This project aims to develop a genome assembly for this wild grape. It will help the study of grapevine breeding.
