DHFI-C Knowledge Graph and Supporting Materials (Version 1.0)

The DHFI-C Knowledge Graph and Supporting Materials provide an ontology-guided RDF dataset for mechanism-based and condition-inclusive drug–herb–food interaction modeling. This record contains both the semantic knowledge graph and the supporting curation materials used during dataset construction. File contents: • dhfi_schema_v1.ttl — Ontology schema defining DHFI-C classes, properties, and semantic relations. • dhfi_triples_v1.ttl — RDF instance data representing curated drug–herb–food interaction statements and mechanistic context. • dhfi_source_curation_master_v1.xlsx — Structured source-level abstraction tables used for entity normalization, interaction definition, and ontology alignment prior to ETL transformation. • dhfi_reference_curation_table_v1.docx — Bibliographic records and curated primary studies (n = 20) supporting the interaction modeling framework. • README.md — Dataset documentation and loading instructions. The dataset supports transparency, reproducibility, and FAIR-aligned biomedical knowledge representation.
