Dataset of motor and phosphene thresholds derived from MRI-guided stereotaxic neuronavigation and electric field modelling

This dataset contains participant-level threshold, scalp-to-cortex distance (SCD), and electric field (E-field) variables derived from MRI-guided transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) experiments examining motor thresholds (MTs) and phosphene thresholds (PTs). The file includes left-hemisphere and right-hemisphere data retained for the analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
