Illumina NovaSeq 6000 RNA-seq data from managed honey bees collected nationwide in South Korea during June-July 2024. Samples of Apis mellifera and Apis cerana were collected from 79 apiaries and pooled by nearby locations to generate 20 sequencing libraries. These data support analyses of honey bee transcriptomes and associated RNA viruses across regions.
