Attached are cram files and metadata for two public datasets, that can be used as examples in the AOS workflow. The first is from Gaidatzis et al. (2025, 10.1101/2025.09.04.674194), the second sourced from Immgen - Yoshide et al. (2019, 10.1016/j.cell.2018.12.036). Data have been processed using snakePipes version 3.2.0, reference genomes and data sources are included in this repository. Note that this data is provided to exemplify the usage of AOS and should thus only be used within that context.
