shRNAs targetting p65, NFIA, or GFP (control) were expressed in High Passage Growth Arrested BJ fibroblasts maintained in rapamycin, which were then maintained or withdrawn from rapamycin and harvested for RNA-seq shRNAs targetting p65, NFIA, or GFP (control) were expressed in High Passage Growth Arrested BJ fibroblasts maintained in rapamycin, which were then maintained or withdrawn from rapamycin (10nM) for 14 days and then harvested for RNA-seq. RNA-seq tag densities over gene bodies were compared between rapamycin withdrawal and maintained samples, as well as between withdrawal transcription factor and withdrawal control samples. Multiple control shRNA replicates were collected, and comparisons were made between samples with the same "Rep" number.
