Vegetable Index (NDVI) of Andalusia. Average hydrological year, 2007-2008 (TERRA MODIS)

Images of the TERRA satellite captured by the MODIS (Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) sensor that have been calculated by the NDVI- Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), which based on the contrast between the red and near infrared bands of the spectrum, highlights the vegetation cover and its vigorousness over large areas. The images have a single band and a spatial resolution of 250 m.
