To understand to role of RIPK3 during tumor recurrence, we performed RNAseq to study the transcriptional response of mouse recurrent breast cancer cells to RIPK3 knockdown. Recurrent tumor cells isolated and expanded from Her2 driven murine model of MTB/TAN tumor were silenced by two RIPK3 shRNA for RNAseq.
