Linkage disequilibrium analysis using different datasets of AFLP markers of endophytic <i>Epicoccum</i> strains.

aThe number of populations in the analysis was determined based on the well-supported groups and subgroups obtained in the phenetic analysis of t he AFLP data (G1 and G2; subgroups 1A and 1B; subgroups 2A, 2B, and 2C). (*) The subgroup 2A was subdivided into two other well-supported subgroups according to the phenetic analysis of AFLP data. The index of multilocus association (IA) and the index of association (rd) were calculated by the MultiLocus software (see reference 90).
