资源简介：
The data is output from MrBayes analyses from runs on Magnus, Fornax and Epic. Each run generates .t files (~600MB) along with other smaller files. Total folder size is ~50GB. Currently I have 3 fold. Bemisia tabaci (whitefly): Bemisia tabaci is globally distributed and capable of causing extensive damage to major vegetable, grain legume and fiber crop. It is currently described as a single species. The data generated from these MrBayes runs is underpinning integrated pest management strategies to control whiteflies globally but in particular- helping smallholder farmers in East Africa (Tanzania).
