Open Sci. 11:231601.https://doi.org/10.1098/rsos.231601There are two files ‘congas_cfd.wbpj’ and ‘congas_dpm.wbj’, corresponding to CFD and particle tracking simulations. These case files can be modified to change inlet velocity, obstacle height and particle parameters to replicate all the results in the manuscript. The default case is 10cm/s with a 5cm obstacle. 'larva_settlement_bc.c' is required for DPM analysis.
