FOXM1 Knockdown in HuH-7: RNA-Seq Analysis, May 26 '25

This study aims to explore the impact of FOXM1 knockdown on the gene expression profile of HuH-7 cells using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis. By silencing FOXM1, a key transcription factor, we seek to identify changes in the transcriptome that may reveal insights into the regulatory mechanisms and signaling pathways influenced by FOXM1. The findings from this study may contribute to understanding the role of FOXM1 in liver cancer biology and offer potential therapeutic targets for intervention.
