资源简介:

All health facilities are concerned with the fight against nosocomial infections. The six indicators currently cover the organisation, means and actions implemented and the monitoring or control of serious or preventable infections (e.g. post-surgical infections or multi-resistant bacterial infections). The completeness of the survey in 2009 was 99.9 % (3 out of 2780 non-responding establishments). from A to E, have been defined for each indicator based on statistical analyses. The lower and upper bounds of classes do not change over the years, in order to visualise the changes in the class of health institutions from one year to the next. The performance classes for the indicators on nosocomial infections are:- classes A and B = institutions most advanced in the field;- class C = intermediate class;- classes D and E = institutions lagging behind in the field;- class E = institutions not sending their standardised balance sheet.Indicators:- ICALIN (composed index of activities to control nosocomial infections): 92 % of health facilities in class A or B in 2009 compared with 34 % in 2004- ICSHA (indicator of consumption of hydro-alcoholic solutions):75 % of health facilities in class A or B in 2009 compared to 6 % in 2005- SURVISO (monitoring of surgical site infections):63 % of health facilities with surgical activity in class A or B 99 % of MCO health facilities carried out surveillance of surgical site infections in 2009 compared with 60 % in 2005 — ICATB (indicator of good use of antibiotics): 78 % of Class A or B health facilities in 2009 compared to 32 % in 2006- Aggregated score, based on the results of each of the previous 4 indicators: 87 % of health facilities in class A or B in 2009 compared to 24 % in 2006- MRSA (Meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus rate index, mandatory from 2010 data):35.2 % of health facilities in class A or B in 2009.
