喷丸齿轮接触疲劳寿命数据库

接触疲劳主要面向齿轮接触疲劳寿命研究，为了提高齿轮接触疲劳寿命，实现齿轮抗疲劳设计制造，本数据根据《GB/T 14229-1993 齿轮接触疲劳强度试验方法》、《GB/T 3480-1997 渐开线圆柱直齿轮和斜齿轮承载能力计算》、《GB/T 17107-1997 锻件用结构钢牌号和力学性能》标准，采用圆柱齿轮接触疲劳试验台对1对喷丸齿轮开展接触疲劳寿命测试。根据施加扭矩大小、加工工艺等进行试验编号，同时记录试验过程中的施加扭矩、转速、接触疲劳寿命以及接触疲劳失效形式等数据。

This dataset focuses on gear contact fatigue life research. To improve gear contact fatigue life and realize fatigue-resistant design and manufacturing of gears, the tests were conducted in accordance with three national standards: GB/T 14229-1993 Test Method for Contact Fatigue Strength of Gears, GB/T 3480-1997 Calculation of Load Capacity of Involute Cylindrical Spur and Helical Gears, and GB/T 17107-1997 Grades and Mechanical Properties of Structural Steels for Forgings. A cylindrical gear contact fatigue test bench was used to perform contact fatigue life tests on a pair of shot-peened gears. Tests were numbered based on applied torque, processing technology and other relevant factors, while data including applied torque, rotational speed, contact fatigue life and contact fatigue failure modes during the testing process were recorded.
