ETS-1 is a transcription factor and majorly expressed in planarian cathepsin+ cell cluster cells. To understand the phenotype better and found downstream taget of ets-1. The RNA seq was done from homeostasis as well as 5 day post sagittal amputation in ets-1 RNAi worms with GFP RNAi as control.
