H&E Whole Slide Images of Colorectal Cancer from 3 clinically annotated datasets with 24+ months follow-up.

527 digital whole slide images of haematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stained tissue sections from 431 colorectal cancer patients across 3 clinical datasets (BRAF, MISSONI, and VALENTINO). The BRAF cohort is comprised of patients with BRAF V600E mutant microsatellite stable (MSS) cancers (n=165, 24m median follow-up). The MISSONI cohort is comprised of patients with microsatellite instability, with a subset receiving immunotherapy, (n=90, 24m median follow-up). The VALENTINO cohort includes patients with RAS/RAF wildtype MSS cancers who received chemotherapy and anti-EGFR therapy (n=176, 32m median follow-up). Slides are taken from both primary and metastatic sites. Slides were digitised using a Zeiss AxioScan.Z1 slide scanner (40x magnification, 0.11 µm/pixel).
