资源简介:
One of the important scientific tasks is to ensure the stable existence of natural ecosystems under anthropogenic exposure and climate change. Territories contaminated with radionuclides are promising experimental areas for studying the combined effect of technogenic pollution and climate change on the components of the biosphere, and for the identification of microevolutionary processes associated with adaptation. This BioProject contains raw data for RNASeq transcriptomic analysis of the descendants of Arabidopsis thaliana plants growing in the Chernobyl exclusion zone (G0, analysis of plants grown from seeds collected in the Chernobyl exclusion zone). The data are presented for chronic irradiation (no additional exposure on collected seeds) and for acute irradiation (an additional 150 Gy were applied to seeds before germination). This BioProject also contains data on WGS of 12 seed lines originating from single plants in the Chernobyl exclusion zone (6 plants from Babchin plot (reference, non-contaminated) and 6 plants from Masany plot (heavily radioactively contaminated).
