Reports of the Advisory Committee, from 1987 onwards, in relation to the legal advice that the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía exercises in dealing with all the general questions it receives in the field of public procurement.
The purpose of the Advisory Committee on Public Procurement is to report on any matter relating to public sector procurement, as provided for in article 2 of Decree 93/2005 of 29 March 2005 regulating the organisation and functions of the Administrative Procurement Advisory Commission.
