浙江示范工程关键指标数据集

本数据集为国网浙江省电力有限公司以及项目组在建设浙江省级广域虚拟电厂示范工程过程中，就示范工程的灵活资源参与电网快速调频的时延测试相关数据，由第三方检测机构在示范工程现场测试产生。作为示范工程关键指标，快速调频时延主要涉及从示范工程所部署的云边协同控制子系统向用户侧储能资源下达调控指令，到储能PCS响应超过调节死区的整个过程，通过多次测试获取快速调频指令响应时延结果。 主要数据内容为快速调频指令响应时延数据：包括快速调频指令下达时间、调节动作时间、快速调频指令响应时延内容等。 数据集规模为38.5MB。This dataset comprises data collected for time-delay tests on flexible resources participating in fast grid frequency regulation during the construction of the Zhejiang Provincial Wide-area Virtual Power Plant Demonstration Project. It was generated by third-party testing institutions through on-site testing at the demonstration project site, in collaboration with State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. and the project team. As a key indicator of the demonstration project, the fast frequency regulation time delay covers the entire process from the issuance of regulation commands to user-side energy storage resources via the cloud-edge collaborative control subsystem deployed in the demonstration project, to the response of the energy storage PCS exceeding the regulation dead band. The results of the fast frequency regulation command response time delay were obtained through multiple tests. The main data content consists of fast frequency regulation instruction response time delay-related data, including the fast frequency regulation instruction issuance time, regulation action time, and specific details of the fast frequency regulation instruction response time delay. The total size of this dataset is 38.5 MB.
