The Synthetic MRI dataset is a synthetic brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) dataset generated by NVIDIA's NV-Generate-CTMR tool and the rflow-mr-brain model. The dataset includes two main variants: 1. The sample variant: It provides 3D brain NIfTI images of four common MRI sequences including T1, T2, FLAIR and SWI. For each sequence, both full-brain and skull-stripped images are offered, with 100 generated images contained in each image folder. 2. The default FOV 256/128 variant: It also contains the aforementioned four modalities, adopting the brain MRI field-of-view (FOV) preset recommended by the NV-Generate-CTMR inference guidelines. This variant further refines the data organization: for T1, T2 and FLAIR modalities, images in three scan planes (axial, sagittal and coronal) are provided, while only axial plane images are available for the SWI modality due to limited coverage of sagittal and coronal training data for SWI. For each combination of modality and scan plane, the image dimensions, voxel spacing and approximate field of view are specified in detail. This dataset is applicable to tasks such as medical image analysis, training and validation of deep learning models (especially generative models), multimodal image registration, and the development of segmentation algorithms.

2. Default FOV 256/128(默认视野)
该目录遵循推荐的MR脑部视野预设,体素维度为256 x 256 x 128(轴向扫描)、128 x 256 x 256(矢状扫描)和256 x 128 x 256(冠状扫描)。每个子文件夹均包含100张生成图像。
