Leaf and lupulin gland transcriptomes of wild and mutated Humulus lupulus

In this study, we generated transcriptomes (leaf and lupin gland) from wild-type and mutated (by CRISPR/Cas9-based genome editing) Humulus lupulus to study the influence of mutation in Hlmed5a/med5b genes and the effects in secondary (flavonoid, humulone, and terpenoid) metabolic pathways.
