For each species there are three files, one with the geographic distances and one with the microsatellite data in Genepop format and one with the MtDNA sequences. The species are: Protomagnathus americanus, Temnothorax curvispinosus, Temnothorax longispinosus. In the genepop files, the first two letters of the name of the individual indicate where it is from.
